The process

Tell us about your event
Fill out our short brief or send us a note. Share the format, guest count, date, and any food direction you have in mind.

Receive a tailored proposal
Within one business day, we send back a composed menu and quote — not a template. We iterate until it feels right.

Confirm with a deposit
A 30% deposit secures your date. We coordinate access, timing, and any venue requirements directly with you or your planner.

Final headcount & details
Five business days out, we confirm final guest count, dietary needs, and any last styling notes. No surprises.
- 05
We deliver, set up, and serve
Drop-off arrives ready to plate. Staffed events get our event lead and full team for setup, service, and clean-up.

Post-event follow-up
We collect linens, props, and serviceware the next morning, and check in with you to debrief. Repeat orders are one click.
